Proof of Principal and Additional Place of Business

  • For Own premises:  Any ownership deed in support of the premises like Municipal Khata copy or Latest Property Tax Receipt or a copy of Electricity Bill.
  • For Leased or Rented premises: A copy of the valid Lease/Rent Agreement with any contract in support of the ownership of the premises of the Lessor like Municipal Khata copy or Latest Property Tax Receipt or a copy of Electricity Bill.
  • For premises which are not covered above cases: A copy of the Consent Letter with any document in support of the ownership of the premises of the Consenter like Electricity Bill copy or Municipal Khata copy. For shared properties also, the same documents may be uploaded.

Bank Account Related Proof

  • A Scanned copy of the Bank passbook first page or one page of Bank Statement.
  • The Opening page of the Bank Passbook held in the name of the Business Concern or Proprietor containing the Account Number, Name of the Account Holder, MICR and IFSC Code and Bank Branch details, etc.
